Clock units are arranged with ample spacing to prevent accidental contact and damage.     Space Requirements

    • Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, or a 15ft x 13ft area. Height clearance: 9 feet to allow for stacking.

    • Storage Conditions: Dry storage is essential. The area should be well-ventilated to prevent dust accumulation. Ensure the floor is level and free from debris. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.

    • Special Handling: Table clocks are considered fragile items. Each clock should be individually wrapped in protective padding (bubble wrap, foam) to prevent scratches and damage during handling. Boxes should be sturdy and appropriately sized to accommodate each clock.

    • Stacking/Shelving: Shelving units with adjustable height options are recommended. Shelves should be spaced 18 inches apart to accommodate different clock sizes. Pallet storage is acceptable, but boxes must be placed on pallets with sufficient cardboard support. Maximum stacking height: 4 shelves, 8 feet high.

    • Access Requirements: Loading dock needs a 12ft wide x 10ft long access point. The warehouse door should be at least 8 feet wide for easy movement of pallets and equipment. A minimum clearance of 3 feet around shelving units is required for forklift access. A secondary door of 6ft x 8ft is recommended for personnel access.
