Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, with dimensions of 20ft x 10ft. Height clearance: 9 feet to accommodate stacking. A secondary area of 50 square feet (10ft x 5ft) designated for receiving and inspection is required.
Storage Conditions: The storage area must be dry and well-ventilated. Dust and debris should be minimized. Regular cleaning is essential to prevent dirt accumulation. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
Special Handling: Each timepiece requires individual padding with archival-quality foam or bubble wrap. Items should be stored in sturdy, anti-static boxes. Fragile components (crowns, crystals) must be individually wrapped and secured. Handle all items with gloves.
Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stacked up to 4 boxes high, utilizing interlocking shelving units with adjustable shelves. Pallet storage (48" x 30") is permissible for larger quantities, with each pallet covered to protect the items.
