Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, with dimensions of 20ft x 10ft. Height clearance: 12 feet to accommodate stacked pallets or shelving.
Storage Conditions: The storage area must be dry and well-ventilated to prevent dust accumulation and maintain product integrity. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
Special Handling: Cardstock is considered a fragile item. Each roll should be individually padded with bubble wrap or cardboard to prevent damage during handling and stacking. Palletized rolls should be secured with shrink wrap.
Stacking/Shelving: Utilize pallet racking for efficient storage of bulk quantities. Shelving units (4ft high, 48in deep) can be used for smaller quantities or specific roll sizes. Stacking pallets should not exceed 4-5 high for stability and ease of access.
Access Requirements: Loading dock: 12ft wide x 16ft long. Warehouse door: Minimum 10ft wide for forklift access. A clearance of 10ft is required around each pallet to allow for forklift maneuvering. Ensure adequate aisle space of at least 8ft between shelving units or pallet rows.
