Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 300 square feet, ideally 20ft x 15ft, with a height clearance of 12 feet. A secondary area of 100 sq ft (10ft x 10ft) is recommended for sorting and staging.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage area, located away from direct sunlight and exterior walls. The space must be well-ventilated to prevent mildew or mold growth. Regular inspection for pest activity is crucial.
Special Handling: All items should be inspected upon arrival for damage. Fragile items require substantial padding – bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. Larger items should be protected with blankets or moving pads.
