    Space Requirements

    • Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 100 square feet, ideally a 10ft x 10ft area. Height clearance: 8 feet. Allow for a 3ft access aisle around each storage location.

    • Storage Conditions: Dry storage is required. The area must be well-ventilated to prevent dust accumulation and moisture buildup. The floor should be level and clean. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.

    • Special Handling: Items designated as "office boxes" should be padded with bubble wrap or cardboard for protection during stacking and movement. Fragile components require extra padding. Boxes should be labeled clearly with their contents.

    • Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stacked up to 6 feet high, utilizing standard pallet racking. Pallet size should be 48" x 40". Shelving units with adjustable shelves are recommended for efficient space utilization.

    • Access Requirements: A loading dock with a 12ft wide access bay is needed. The dock door should be at least 10ft wide. A 6ft clearance space is required at the loading dock for truck maneuvering. The interior aisle width should be a minimum of 5 feet. Ensure adequate lighting within the storage area.
