    Space Requirements

    • Special Handling: Rotary tables are considered delicate items. Each table should be wrapped in protective padding – bubble wrap or foam – to prevent scratches and damage during handling. Pallet wrapping is advised for added protection.
    • Stacking/Shelving: Rotary tables can be stored on a sturdy pallet, approximately 48" x 48" in size. Shelving units with adjustable height options are ideal to maximize space utilization. Pallet racking systems are also a suitable option.
    • Access Requirements: A loading dock with a minimum width of 12 feet is required for easy access. The dock door should be at least 9 feet wide to accommodate maneuvering. A clearance of 8 feet is needed adjacent to the loading dock for forklift operation.
    • Material Considerations: Storage areas should be constructed of durable, easy-to-clean materials to maintain cleanliness. Regular inspections of shelving and pallets are crucial.
