Secure Storage for Compressed Blocks: Maximize Space, Minimize Costs.
Storing your Compressed Blocks within a robust warehouse facility offers a secure and efficient solution for long-term preservation. Warehouse storage provides a stable, dry environment, crucial for maintaining the integrity of your product. Utilizing designated shelving units and racking systems maximizes space and allows for optimized inventory management, streamlining your operations. The warehouse’s structural integrity – featuring reinforced floors and robust walls – offers superior protection against potential impacts and external forces. Proper stacking techniques, utilizing appropriate pallet sizes, are essential for maximizing storage density and facilitating easy retrieval. Warehouses are designed for bulk storage, providing a cost-effective solution compared to smaller storage options. Furthermore, a warehouse’s consistent access and security measures contribute to enhanced product traceability and accountability. Strategic placement within the facility, considering factors like foot traffic and access routes, ensures convenient retrieval and contributes to a well-organized and efficient supply chain. This robust system guarantees the longevity and quality of your Compressed Blocks.
Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, 15ft x 13ft area, Height clearance: 12 feet. A dedicated aisle space of 8 feet wide is required for movement.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage area, well-ventilated with regular air circulation. The space should be free from excessive dust and debris. Avoid direct sunlight exposure to minimize potential material degradation.
Special Handling: Compressed Blocks are considered moderately fragile. Each block should be individually wrapped in protective padding (bubble wrap or similar) to prevent damage during handling. Palletized loads are recommended for ease of movement and protection.
Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stacked to a maximum height of 8 feet. Pallet storage is the preferred method, utilizing 48" high shelving units. Ensure shelving is strong enough to support the weight of stacked blocks.
Access Requirements: Loading dock with a 12ft x 10ft access point. Dock door width: 10 feet. A clear space of 10 feet by 10 feet is needed around the loading dock for forklift operation. A minimum door opening height of 9 feet is required for equipment access. Adequate aisle space of 8ft for forklift movement is essential.
