Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, 15ft x 13ft area, Height clearance: 12 feet. A dedicated aisle space of 5 feet wide is required alongside the storage area.
Storage Conditions: The storage area must be dry and well-ventilated. Goods should be stored on pallets to prevent direct contact with the floor. Regular inspections for dust and debris are necessary.
Special Handling: Clips are generally durable but should be protected from direct sunlight and excessive dust. Pallet wrap or protective foam padding is recommended for individual clip sets to prevent scratching or damage during handling. Fragile clips should be placed on top of other items.
Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stored on pallets, with a maximum stack height of 5 feet. Adjustable shelving units with a maximum shelf height of 6 feet are recommended for efficient storage. Pallet dimensions should be no larger than 48” x 40”.
Access Requirements: A loading dock with a minimum width of 12 feet is required. The loading dock door should be at least 10 feet wide. A clearance space of 8 feet is needed adjacent to the loading dock for forklift maneuvering. The door should have a minimum clear opening of 10 feet.
