Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, 15ft x 13.33ft area. Height clearance: 12 feet. Allow for 4ft access aisles around all storage areas.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage area required. The space must be well-ventilated to prevent dust accumulation. The floor should be level and capable of supporting the weight of stacked items. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
Special Handling: Sticks should be individually wrapped in protective padding (cardboard or bubble wrap) to prevent scratching or damage during handling. Items should be stacked no higher than 5 feet. Handle with care to avoid dropping or jarring.
Stacking/Shelving: Pallet storage is recommended, utilizing 48” high pallets. Alternatively, shelving units with adjustable shelves are acceptable, capable of supporting a load of 50 lbs per shelf. Ensure shelving units are secured to the floor.
Access Requirements: Loading dock with a 12ft wide x 12ft deep bay. Door width: 10ft. Clearance space of 6ft around the loading dock. Forklift access is necessary for loading and unloading. A 3ft access aisle is needed adjacent to the loading dock.
