Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, or an area of 12ft x 16ft. Height clearance of at least 14 feet is required to accommodate stacking.

Storage Conditions: The storage area must be dry and well-ventilated. Avoid direct sunlight exposure. Ensure the floor is level and clean to prevent damage.

Special Handling: Sheeted polyethylene is generally durable but should be handled with care to avoid sharp edges causing punctures. Pallet wrapping or protective padding is recommended during handling and storage.

Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stored on pallets, stacked no more than 4-5 layers high, depending on the sheet’s thickness. Adjustable shelving units with a minimum height of 8 feet are recommended for efficient storage. Pallet racking systems are suitable for large quantities.

Access Requirements: A loading dock with a minimum width of 12 feet and a door opening of 10 feet is necessary for easy access. A clear aisle space of at least 8 feet should be maintained around stacked pallets for forklift maneuvering. Ensure adequate door clearance of 10 feet to allow for safe operation.
