Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, with dimensions of 15ft x 13.33ft (approximately 10ft x 10ft area) for efficient use of space. Height clearance: 9 feet to accommodate stacking.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage is required. The area should be well-ventilated to prevent dust accumulation. Ensure the floor is level and clean to prevent damage to the “Scoops”.
Special Handling: “Scoops” are considered delicate items. Each unit must be individually wrapped in protective padding – bubble wrap or foam – to prevent scratching or damage during handling. A minimum of 2 inches of protective cushioning is recommended.
Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stored on standard 4-tier pallet racking. Pallet size: 48” x 40”. Shelving units with adjustable shelves are also suitable, with shelf heights no greater than 42 inches.
Access Requirements: A standard 12ft wide loading dock is required for truck access. The dock door should be at least 10 feet wide with a clear opening of 8 feet. A minimum of 10 feet of clearance space is needed around the storage area for forklift operation. A single 8ft wide access door is also necessary.
