    • Special Handling: Parts requiring significant padding should be stored in designated areas. Fragile components (e.g., lenses, small electronics) must be individually wrapped and protected with appropriate cushioning material. Items prone to static discharge should be stored away from sensitive electronic equipment.
    • Stacking/Shelving: Utilize adjustable shelving units to maximize vertical space. Pallet storage (48" x 36" pallets) is suitable for larger items. Stackable bins are recommended for smaller components. Shelving height should be no more than 8 feet.
    • Access Requirements: A standard 12ft x 12ft loading dock is required for truck access. Dock door width: 10 feet. A clear aisle space of 10 feet is needed for forklift maneuverability. Door clearance: 10 feet minimum.
