Storage Conditions: The storage area must be dry and well-ventilated. The space should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. Dust and debris should be minimized.
Special Handling: Security lights are considered moderately fragile. Each unit should be individually wrapped in protective padding. Palletized units require a minimum of 4ft x 4ft of protective padding around the entire stack. Avoid dropping or rough handling.
Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stored on pallets with a maximum stack height of 5 feet. Shelving is optional but recommended for efficient space utilization. Pallet dimensions should be no larger than 48” x 40”.
Access Requirements: A standard loading dock with a door width of 10 feet is required. A clear access aisle of 10 feet by 10 feet is needed for forklift operation. Ensure a minimum of 8ft clearance around all storage areas. Forklift capacity should be suitable for handling the heaviest unit, approximately 50 lbs.
